Will you customize a piece with me that I do not see on your site?
YES! Contact us and we will be happy to work with you to bring out your creative side! If you can think it, we can most likely do it! We can also get almost any type of sterling silver charm imaginable from baby/child themes, to professions, to pets, and more! There are too many available to show on the website but if you are interested we can order you a special charm to include in a piece that we create together.
How do I get my images to you?
High resolution jpeg images are the preferred file type for the best quality jewelry. If you want specific editing or alterations made to the photo (cropping, or transformed into a black and white) that can be done by sending a separate email with special instructions to [email protected]. The photograph(s) that you select for your custom pieces can be either color black & white, or sepia.
If you have a print that you would like to have scanned, send an email to [email protected] and we can arrange that as well. If you have any questions regarding how well your photograph will translate to a piece of jewelry, don't hesitate to contact us.
Can I use an image taken by a professional photographer?
Be sure to send a copyright release form with any photograph taken by a professional photographer, with the exception of Jody Gianni Photography (see "specials" above). Most photographers are very willing to allow a special photo to be transformed into our custom jewelry.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once we receive your images we begin creating your special pieces right away. Orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks.
Do you offer rush service and shipping?
Yes! If you need your item fast we offer "top of the queue" service. For an extra $35 your order will be moved to the top of the order queue and shipped the fastest available method. If you live within 15 miles of Livingston, NJ, your order will be hand delivered to your door instead of shipped.
How should I care for my Belladorn products?
Sterling Silver and Silver plated materials are fairly resilient materials. There are a few things you can do, however, to protect your jewelry so that you will have it for years to come. Sterling is best if stored separately from other pieces as it will develop fine scratches in the metal over time if stored with other jewelry. Never pile your silver jewelry together or keep it in a box where gemstones can scratch the metal surfaces.
Tarnish will build up on your sterling silver jewelry, especially on pieces that you don't wear often. This tarnish is easily removed with fine silver polish or solutions that you can find at most jewelry, hardware or grocery stores. Keep a cleaning cloth handy and before you wear your silver, gently rub it with the cloth to remove any tarnish. Polish only with non-abrasive cleaners. Avoid scrubbing anything plated, wiping it gently should do the trick! Once you are done cleaning the jewelry make sure that you have rinsed off all of the cleaner before storing the pieces.
Wipe it down with a cotton cloth after you wear it. This will remove oils from your skin and acid residues from your makeup. Always use a 100 percent cotton cloth as polyester blends can scratch the jewelry.
**Please note!!! Silver polish should NEVER be used on or near pearls.
Do Belladorn pieces have a warranty?
We want you to love your pieces forever. Should one of your pieces break due to no fault of your own, we will gladly fix or replace the item. This does NOT cover water damage as most of the photo charms and pendants are NOT waterproof.

We will do everything possible to make sure you love your piece but if for some reason the components are no longer available to make the repair or replace, we reserve the right to substitute another product in place of the damaged piece.

How secure is this store?
Belladorn uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
What is your privacy policy?
Belladorn does not share, sell or trade any of your private information with any third party.
